Effective October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of the RX Tax Experts website, document intake, and consultation request form. Professional services are subject to a separate accepted engagement, including scope, fees, responsibilities, and any required authorizations.
Website information and engagement
Website content describes services in general terms. It is not individualized tax, legal, or financial advice. Submitting an intake, uploading documents, or requesting a consultation does not create an engagement, guarantee that the practice will accept your matter, or authorize preparation or filing. We will confirm service availability, scope, and fees with you before work starts.
Consultation requests
A consultation form submission requests a callback. It does not reserve a calendar appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm a mutually available time. A free initial consultation does not include preparation of a return or a written tax opinion unless separately agreed.
Your information and documents
You must have the right to share the information and documents you submit. Provide accurate contact details and relevant, complete records. Do not upload malware, executable code, unrelated documents, or information belonging to someone else without authorization. Accepted formats are PDF, PNG, and JPEG, with up to 12 files of no more than 10 MB each.
Review, authorization, and filing
The practice will not file a return without your review and required authorization. Preparation schedules depend on complete records, the complexity of the return, engagement acceptance, and timely responses. Uploading documents does not extend a filing deadline or count as filing a return.
Electronic transmission and tax authority acceptance are separate events. A return may be rejected and require correction. IRS and state notices, acceptance, refunds, and processing times are controlled by the relevant authority. No refund amount, deduction outcome, processing speed, or tax result is guaranteed.
Availability and privacy
We aim to keep the website available, but maintenance, provider outages, and other interruptions may affect access. If a submission fails, try again or contact us directly. Only an on-screen reference confirms receipt of an intake or consultation request. The confirmation is not proof of tax filing.
Information handling is described in our privacy policy. Do not send sensitive tax documents through ordinary email unless the practice has explicitly provided an appropriate delivery method.
